"Where do I begin!?!" Many archivists either have audio in their collections or suddenly acquire audio. Yet many are new to sound and unfamiliar with its care. This tour takes you through the various stages of a preservation transfer at Safe Sound Archive. We hope this will help you understand more about the reformatting process and serve as an introduction for archivists new to audio preservation.
